I just happened to come across your webpage in search of a wool duffle coat. The cost was quite high, but being as though the color was different , I went ahead and purchased. I must say the coat far exceeded my expectations. Once I received it, the look, feel, and the style is superb. Well worth the price.

The product is excellent. Shipping was free but not fast. Did not like being pushed to provide a review; would have given a five star rating but for that.

Customer service was quick, accurate and responsive. The entire process from order, delivery, return for exchange and final delivery took only twelve days. I received my order four days after placing it. After I was unable to print a pre-paid return label using the online returns portal, I contacted the help desk and received a return label the very next day attached to a courteous, personal email from the Customer Care Team apologizing for any trouble and confirming correctly my desires for the exchange. They dispatched the replacement items three days after confirmed my returned package had been left at the post office, and I received the replacement items two days later. They kept me informed by email at each step in the process. This was a major improvement from an order I placed and had to exchange a year ago; delivery was delayed when the package was held up in customs.
