The product arrived in excellent condition, I love the jacket and socks. However, the package arrived with a big hole ripped on the package … a paper package. Fortunately none of the clothes were affected. I called customer service and suggested that they might want to consider stronger rip proof packaging since it came from the UK to the US. The customer representative was extremely nice and accommodating. The proof will be when I submit another order and see if the packing is different! Thank you!

Thank you for helping making my purchase arrive. You guys did a great job correcting the delivery process and I’m glad it all worked out. I got all my items last night. It took a while, but I’m glad I got it so I can use them and enjoy all the products. One quick question there was one pants. I accidentally ordered two of them instead of one. I don’t want dollars back. I wanna see if I could exchange one of my pants for another one in a different color since I don’t need two of the same thing. If you can, thanks for helping out and we’ll see if we can send the other one back and get a different color. I thought you guys as a whole did a wonderful job fixing a very challenging problem with deliveries across the pond. I’m glad I got my stuff and I’m gonna enjoy it tremendously.
